Today we took the beautiful 40 minute drive to Wasilla for lunch. For those of you wondering, we did not get to see any of the Palin family however we did find some yummy food at the Metro Cafe.
After lunch we drove to
Palmer to scout out future day trips.
The clear sky brought the cool air (-20 degrees)
How many moose can you see?
We also had to check out the frozen Mirror Lake.

To finish off the day we went to Firetap for dinner where we enjoyed
good company, great food, and the X-Games.
Alaska Adventure #13 to Wasilla was a success!
