A beautiful day for football

Today we woke up to clear blue skies with occasional white clouds.

This past week we got a ton of snow so I decided we needed to take to shoveling.

See the hubby has been sick all week with a high fever and a cough so we had to put it off all week but it needed to be done before we got any hate mail.

We spent most of the morning shoveling the front and back walk ways, well the hubby did most of the work because my little arms don't shovel near as fast. This afternoon we went to some friends house for the football game.  Us ladies hung out in the kitchen chatting while the guys watched the game.  It was so nice to have another lady to talk to and our hubbies were probably thankful we weren't talking at them during the game.

With tomorrow being Monday I better go wash the hubbies uniform.
